Sign-up details
To join the program, a once-off registration fee of R18,000.00 ex VAT applies. This includes:
- A licensed copy of the latest Adroit Software (1500 scanned points, 2 remote connections, and all required OEM codes)
- A Security Dongle (HASP) with a one-year license (renewable annually)
- 2 Free Training Courses in either Adroit or Mitsubishi Electric systems (valued at over R28,000 ex VAT)
Additional training for employees is available at a discounted rate of R5,000 ex VAT per person. These sessions apply only to your staff (not contractors or end users).

Discount Structure and Qualification Criteria
Adroit-certified integrators receive product discounts based on training level:
- Certified System Integrator (completed Adroit Certification Exam): 30% discount
- Authorised System Integrator (completed both Basic & Advanced training): 20% discount
- Registered System Integrator (signed up, training pending): 15% discount
Discounts are subject to maintaining staff certification and may be adjusted if certification lapses.
Once your engineer completes the Adroit Certification Exam, your discount will increase to 30%.
- This exam is subject to change, at our discretion, your company/engineers may be required to retake the exam.
- You will be notified of this requirement and will have 3 months from the notice to resubmit the new exam.
- If you do not submit within 3 months, your discount will automatically revert to 20% until we receive and mark your exam, and you reach the required level of competence.

Training Restrictions
Only Adroit Technologies may conduct official training on our products. Participation in the SI Program does not permit you to offer or certify training on our behalf. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any Adroit-developed training material.
Marketing Support
Adroit Technologies will gladly assist with marketing and publish articles featuring successful projects you’ve completed, at no additional cost. You simply need to provide basic information and images, and we’ll handle the editorial and design work.
